Whamm, Bam, Ka-Pow returns to Greenwich, CT:

Whamm, Bam, Kapow is for any child who watches action movies and ask, “how do they make the fights look so real?” A professional stuntman, fresh from the set of the blockbuster Sherlock Holmes, will teach kids how to (safely!) pull hair, yank ears, slap, punch, kick, choke, run into walls, drag, push, fall, slip, and roll.  We’ll even create fights between super-powered characters! Each child will receive a YouTube video of their “fight reel.” No experience is necessary.  Just come ready to work up a sweat and laugh until your sides hurt!

WHEN: Saturday, May 15, 10am-2pm
WHERE: First Congregational Church of Greenwich
108 Sound Beach Avenue, Old Greenwich, CT
COST: $80 (includes pizza lunch and video reel)
AGES: 8-12

Every June, Stolen Chair offers two short 1-week camps for grades 3-6 at the Greenwich Country Day School in Greenwich, CT. This year we are offering:

On Broadway!
Sing, dance, and play theatre games with GCDS Drama teacher Jon Stancato and his friends from New York’s Stolen Chair Theatre Company: Broadway vocal coach Emily Otto and professional dancer Liza Wade Green.   Each camper will get his or her very own solo in a big number from a contemporary Broadway musical and receive one-on-one vocal coaching.  On Broadway! is a great way to gain confidence, inspire creativity, and overcome stage fright.  No experience is necessary.
